Vessel sustained substantial cable damage to the Alternator flat were a fire had burned for several hours.

The main Tie Line cables between the Port & Starboard Switchboards had been damaged, along with the main feed cables from Alternator #3 and engine cabling. The cable trays centred around the main ignition point causing extensive cable damage.

Over 1300 cables were damaged.

Vessel was returned to service 3 weeks and 4 days from RGB intervention.
